Veltranor offers free shipping on all eligible orders.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and may vary based on product availability, shipping origin, destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with an item missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After reviewing the case, we will provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund or full refund when applicable.
Because our products are shipped internationally, returns may not always be required. When a return is necessary, we will provide instructions based on the order and issue reported.
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Veltranor is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, unclaimed parcels, customs holds or carrier delays.
